Activities :

Breeding, growing crops, harvesting, farm management skills

Participation in farming shows ( Sommet de l’élevage in Cournon; Paris International Farming Show and local Breeds events…)

FOOD PROCESSING INDUSTRY

Cosmetics/ Pharmaceutic network

 

 For pupils who want to work in food industry, laboratories , chemist's, cosmetics industry

Food processing science, biochemistry, microbiology, health and safety, practical work + WORKPLACEMENTS

Activities :

Foodstuff production (gingerbread, beer, jam, compote, apple juice, cooked meats, pâté…) and manufacture of cosmetics and pharmaceutical products (lip balms, ointment, soap …)

HND in technological sales of food products and drinks (BTS)

 

For students certificated in A-Level

(general / vocational / technology diploma)

The training is shared with a senior high school in Saint Flour (Haute Auvergne high school). It lasts 2 years.

General and professional subjects
